Weight loss salad for dinner|lunch|salad for working people


Hi guys this video is all about weight
loss and I will show you how you can make this delicious weight loss salad
for this you need broccoli it’s actually up to you what vegetable you want taking
one broccoli and i have washed it and cut it into pieces and what I’m going to do
I’m going to steam this broccoli in a kettle this kettle is like a strainer
below there is a kettle and there is also a strainer so you can steam
vegetables and anything if you want its a Chinese kettle so you can also make
Baoza so what I have done I have cut it the broccoli into pieces and I have
added some water in the kettle and then I will on it and put it it for some time
so my broccoli will get a steam in this kettle then my broccoli is
getting steamed what I will do I will start cutting the bell pepper I have
taken yellow and red one the colored one I actually love them you can take
whatever you want I mean you can also take the green one
but I actually like red and yellow in salads than the green one so what I’m
going to do I will cut these bell pepper into cubes it’s actually up to you in
whatever manner you want to cut you want to cut you can cut it it’s totally
totally depends on you so and I also don’t like the seeds so
I’ll throw out all the seeds you can see I’m cutting my bell pepper and I’m also
checking my broccoli you don’t have to steam it too much otherwise it will lose
its all nutrition even we are Asian and we literally cooked everything but I
don’t want to cook broccoli too much and I’m going to add in the pan not now but
after that I’m just showing you how this broccoli will look like after steaming
so see everyone knows how it will look like anyway and beside that I have I’m
also steaming my bell pepper it’s up to you you can actually skip
this step but I actually like steamed bell pepper I have taken the packet of
mixed vegetables you can eat whatever you want but I actually like this combo
of vegetable so I have taken this pack it’s 500 gram pack and I what I will do
because it’s the frozen one so you have to dry out the water from it or if you
want you can take fresh vegetables and you can simply cut it but
it takes more time to cook them than the packet one so what I will do I will add
the mixed vegetable in the pan and beside that after some time I will add
some soy sauce soy. sauce I will use reduced salt soy sauce because I’m salt
sensitive and it’s better always used to use salt reduced products it’s good for
your health some olive oil again it’s good for your health and I will add some
black paper I am Asian and I always love everything so much spicy so you can see
I have a speed up the process what I’m going to do I’m actually trying to dry
up the water because there was so much water because the vegetables were frozen
maybe if you have the fresh one in you go you don’t have to do this step and we
are just stirring it a bit not too much and then I will add the bell pepper once
it is done once the water is dried and I will stir up and if there is another
thing and have just already put some black pepper in it because I like the
spicy one and I’ll add some more in the black paper because I want every
ingredient to be spicy but obviously you can simply skip this step – if you don’t
like a spicy vegetable so you can simply skip it but if you are like me you can
add more even so what I’m going to do I’m just stirring it and I will wait then
that when the water is totally dried then I’ll add the broccoli if I
add the broccoli before it gets so the broccoli is and actually get
mashed like a potato and we don’t want it
I want a broccoli to be seen I don’t want it to be lost somewhere in the
vegetable so now what I’m going to do I’m actually adding some broccoli and at
this stage when I have added some broccoli i will actually add my soy
sauce and my olive oil right now I’m adding some olive oil I have added
almost quarter teaspoon not more than that even I have eye ball it but because I am
so expert I know that I haven’t added more so don’t add too much olive oil
even if olive oil its oil it’s a fat and then I’m going to add some soy sauce
I’m almost adding 2 tbsp or 1 and 1/2 tablespoon not more than that it’s up to
you how much soy sauce you like I actually i like soy sauce soy sauce tastes
a lot especially this salt reduce one and then again some black pepper because
I’m Asian and I love to eat spicy and maybe some Asian they think ok
they don’t eat spicy anyhow and we are stirring don’t stir too much because if
you stir too much at this stage you will end up smashing your broccoli actually
and why I have a steamed the broccoli because if you don’t steam it it will
not last longer so all you have to do you have to wait till the soy sauce gets
dry and then you are done this salad is too good you can take with every meal
and you can keep it in a container you can take it to your work place if you
