Third Trimester Pregnancy Exercises | Tricep Dips | Secret Saviours


Hi. I’m Natasha and our model Ebony is in
her third trimester and we’re going to show you how to do some
Secret Tricep Dips. Now, this exercise works your arms. It also
helps loosen up your shoulders, because, as your boobs get heavier through
pregnancy, everything can get really tight and rounded
here. So this is a great exercise for really lengthening
across your chest, strengthening your arms and your core muscles. So, Ebony, I want you to come to the front
of your chair and put your hands behind you. Make sure your chair feels quite sturdy. And then, I want you to have quite a firm
base with your feet – so, if your feet are about hip width apart
– and now I want you to think about really getting
that loosening there and then drop your bottom down to the floor
– that’s great – and come up again. Now, Ebony’s arms are absolutely perfect
– keep going, Ebony – because her elbows are going straight back and that’s where you really get that nice
lengthening here. And you can see that this is really working
her arm muscles, it’s really working her tummy, you’re
getting a little bit of leg and bottom in there. So this is a fantastic total body exercise
that you could be doing anywhere. All you need is a chair and it’s not putting any strain on your
skin.
