PainPod & Pregnancy | Physical Therapy & Pain Management | Labour

Since I’ve been pregnant, I’ve noticed I have
been getting a lot of leg cramps in the middle of the night and a bit of a sore back.
So that’s what I mainly use the PainPod for.. Just generally on my legs and the bottom of
my back. It works so well. It’s amazing Usually I use it for just short periods of time.
So at the start, because it was really new I would just use it whenever I got say,
a leg cramp. Lately [laughs] I’ve been taking it to work with me and basically using it all
day so yes – I use it a lot now I have the PainPod 3 and my favourite mode
is the little running man [laughs] I just think it has the nicest motion
and it feels like a massage – it’s really good. I will definitely be using it after I have the baby.
I even might have it in labour. I have heard it is really great for labour pain relief
and I will definitely be using it after. Especially while I’m breastfeeding. If I have got
sore muscles or anything, I don’t want to be taking medications while I am breastfeeding.
So this is just a great way to get pain relief but not pass any medicine through to the child. I would definitely
recommend it to everybody. I think it’s amazing. It has really worked for me,
and I don’t see how it wouldn’t work for anyone else. I love it! [Laughs]
