(heart beating) – [Adam] Hang in there baby. (upbeat music) Alright, y’all, we’re at the hospital. (groans) – We’re here for a tour. – Yeah.
– Yes. – I know that might’ve
freaked you guys out but, no, that’s not the case yet. We’re comin’ to the hospital
to get a proper tour so that when it’s go time,
we know where we’re going. We know what we’re doing. – This tour is for my babe because he needs to know where he’s going because when I’m having my contractions I don’t know what’s going on. I don’t know where I am, who I am. Where are we going? See, What number do we press? – [Adam] See you see? I don’t even know. (laughing) – [LaToya] Oh, look. Maybe the star. – Okay. Yeah, that’s what’s going on everyone. We’re doing a tour. I wanna give a special
shout-out to all the nurses, doctors, caregivers of the world. All right? You guys are vital and I
just wanted to give you guys, I just wanted to recognize
you guys for what you guys do. We thank you. The Ali’s thank you. So baby kiwi is kicking. Now would be the time. We are in good grounds right now. We’re at the hospital. – [LaToya] Look at her,
look at her, do you see? – [Adam] Do y’all see her right there? She was just kicking. – [LaToya] Lord. – [Adam] Now would be the time baby. – [LaToya] She needs
to move out of me okay? Just move out kiwi, just out okay? Not up, out. Yeah up and out. (upbeat piano music) – [Adam] This is going to be
potentially LaToya’s room. Or one of the rooms. All the rooms look like this. So The hospital tour was a success. It was very informative,
we learned a lot of things. I think we’re a lot more prepared for the day when we go into
active labor at the hospital. So it was actually a
good idea that we went. Have you guys ever gone
to a hospital tour before the baby was born? I think it’s a good idea,
you should check it out if your local hospital
does something like that. Anyhow we’re gonna go to the
Cheesecake Factory right now and grab something to eat really quick. Time to eat, time to eat! – [LaToya] Yummy! Kiwi ’bout to get real full. (upbeat music) (suspenseful drop) – LaToya’s having contractions. We’re going to the hospital, it’s funny, well it’s not funny it’s
crazy ’cause a couple of hours ago we were at the hospital going through the hospital tour and we come back home after
eating at Cheesecake Factory and now she is, looks
like she’s going to labor. So we’re headed to the
hospital back again. Catch you guys at the hospital. I won’t be vlogging that much, I’ma capture what I can. I’ma try my best to be more in the moment for this time around. Catch you guys at the hospital, bye! – Hey aunties and uncles. So it’s 12:08 a.m and I’ve been experiencing cramping a.k.a contractions for the last hour and a half so right
now we’re on our way to the hospital.
– how are you vlogging? – Huh? – How are you vlogging right now? – I just wanted to gather
content ’cause I really wanna you know document this journey for myself and our supporters. – You should have just
stayed at the hospital today. (breathing heavy) We came back home for three
hours, two and a half hours? – Yeah and why are we getting
every red light you guys? – We’re getting every red light, no lies. Every single one. – Oh god this pain is ooh. How you feelin’? – Don’t ask me how me I’m
feelin’, don’t worry ’bout me. I know how you feeling I’m just tryin’ to drive
like a cop right now. (sirens) – So yeah. We’re going to the
labor and delivery ward. So hopefully Ayah comes today, September 11th on our anniversary. (laughs) And I’ll see you guys at the hospital. Make sure you document everything Adam. – I don’t know, I really wanna
be in the moment and just. – No you’re the documenter. I love these kind of memories you know? – I know. – Like, okay. – Catch you guys in the hospital. I just parked the car and I’m
walking back to the hospital. I had pulled up and put her
in a wheelchair and a nurse came and took her and her
mom just pulled up as well, and they walked in. I did all the paperwork so I’m walkin’ back into the hospital
after parking the car. We should be meeting up with our doctor. So yeah, today’s out anniversary. Baby looks like it’s
comin’ on our anniversary. And we were just here three hours ago. Exciting. How you feelin’? (heart beating) – I’m having a contraction. My pain level? Nine. – Nine? Wow. – [LaToya] I think it’s
going to get worse. Should I get the epidural? I’m scared. – [Nurse] Once you get the
epidural the pain goes away. – Hang in there baby. You’re doin’ so good. You’re at nine and you’re
having full conversations. You’re nine what’s it millimeters? – [LaToya] Yeah nine centimeters baby. – Nine centimeters dilated and you’re having full conversations. So how you feelin’
Debbie Snacks, you ready? – I’m ready. I am so ready. I’m so excited to see
Ayah, I wanna see Ayah. (chuckles) – So while we were here earlier today I kept taunting the belly saying now would be a good time,
now would be a good time. We’re here. Of course she had to be
stubborn like her mom and wait to go back home and then start. But it’s all good we’re here. Still here guys. It’s about 2:30 a.m right now. And it’s a waiting game pretty much. So LaToya decided to get the epidural. – Yes praise God. – She’s going through it. – I was going through
it and I’m like honestly I just need to go ahead
and get this epidural. So it’s slowly kicking
in right now I still. – [Adam] Do you feel this? When I’m touching here? – I don’t like that feeling. It feels numb. – [Adam] It’s numb? – Yeah my feet feel like cold. – [Adam] Okay well, you got the epidural. – Yes guys I got the epidural with Ayah. Too much pain aye! Too much pain. – [Nurse] Go go go! – [Doctor] Keep comin’, keep comin’. – [Nurse] Seven, eight, nine, ten breathe. And push again, two. (cries) – [LaToya’s Mom] I told
you she was gonna cry. (baby crying) Oh my god she’s so precious. Ayah’s born. (laughing) Oh gosh that’s so, you did a good job. You did so good! Oh my god! – [Adam] four a.m. She came out about 3:50. – Oh my god, Adam you guys. – [LaToya] Is it recording?
– [Adam] Baby’s here. – I’m comin’ for her! – [Adam] You’re coming?
– Oh there she’s so sweet. Congratulations oh my god!
– [Adam] She’s cute. – I have to pull the car over. – [Adam] Wow. – Oh my god look where did
all that hair came from? She’s looking like Adam.
– Right? Where did all that hair come from? Seriously.
– [Adam] No idea. – Adam’s genes, boy I tell you. – I know right? Yes Josh can go late. You know y’all look good with a newborn. (laughing) – Not gonna happen. – [LaToya] Why? – No way. – I’m goin’ with whatever she say. – [LaToya] Are you gonna hold her Josh? – [Woman] Do you want another one Josh? – I might be good on
that for now, for now. – For now and forever.
– I would like a, like a girl. – [Woman] A little girl right?
– Yeah. – [LaToya] Aw that’d be cute. – Well look we get to watch Ayah grow up. – [LaToya] Yes, she can come to the house and y’all can play house. (laughing) – Yeah and my sister’s havin’ a baby too. – We could babysit. Oh yeah and his sister’s
having a girl too. – [LaToya] Oh really? When is she due? – Next month.
– Yeah next month. – [LaToya] Oh so cute. We are so excited that
baby Ayah is finally here. Everyday they’re like, is she there yet? Lakeya’s like where’s Adam? She texts me, Ayah, she texts me everyday talkin’ ’bout where’s Ayah? Where’s Ayah, where’s Ayah? – [Woman] I remember her
was when I was pregnant and I was getting annoyed
because they kept asking me and I was like you know what? I’m not even gonna answer. (laughing) She’s gonna tell me when she’s ready. – [LaToya] And then I said to Lakeya, I’m having contraction, she’s like what! And I said what? All right. – [Woman] You want it up? How you put this up? – Yes Adam left. He went to go pick up a few things. Then he’s gonna bring the kids. So the kids can see baby Ayah but I was like take the kids to school because I need to rest, I’m tired. I’m worn out you guys. When I get some more energy I will update you on my experience. My first epidural experience. Oh thank you, my food yes! Oh gosh you guys. So my uterus is contracting right now. It’s shrinking. So as it shrinks it contracts and you feel pain so, ooh! Just bear with me. Anyways I wanted to show you guys Ayah Raquel Rahma Ali. This is her. Ayah is named after her grandmother. So my mom’s middle name is Raquel and Adam’s mom’s name is Rahma. Rah-ma. (chuckles) And this is her, she looks just like Samia when Samia was first born. I wanna share my labor and delivery experience with you guys. I don’t think I wanna do it right now, I’ll do it in the next video. Ooh! But gosh everything just
happened way too fast. I thought Ayah was coming

She’s crying. – [LaToya] Say hi. – That’s your hair? – [LaToya] Give a kiss-y. (upbeat music) – What’s up everyone? We are still at the hospital day two. We can’t leave the hospital
’till it’s 48 hours but it’s all good. It’s great that they’ve been
