Kegel Exercise Weights: Intimate Rose | Review

Welcome back to Hygiene and You. Few weeks ago, I had done
unboxing video for these Kegel Exercise Weights that I had received from Intimate Rose. And that time I had done just
an unboxing video, I had not used them. Finally, I got a chance
to use these Kegel Weights and today I am going to do a video
to just briefly talk to you about what are Kegel Exercises, what are these weights and
why should one use them. And also tell you a little bit about my experience with
these weights as well. Kegel Exercise is basically
an exercise for your pelvic floor. So to improve the strength
of your vaginal muscles. And ideally, you can do them
without any equipment. Basically, what you need to do is, expand and contract
your vaginal muscles. And how to locate that, that to make sure that
you are doing it correctly, to make sure that you are using
the correct muscles, you can give it a try by trying to
control your pee and letting it go. So those are the muscles and if you keep contracting and
expanding those muscles, that is known as your Kegel exercise. However, doing this on its own
can sometimes be very time consuming and also it will take a lot of time
for at least one to three months depending on the strength
of your muscles, how weak or strong they are. It will take around one to three
months’ time for you to notice any difference in improvements. You can do this exercise
several times and few times in a day.
Maybe three times in a day, to notice any difference. And like I said,
these can be a little time consuming and the result might not be
very effective. To make sure you get better results
with Kegel exercise, you can do them with Kegel Weights. They can be used anywhere. You can continue to do
your days’ work as you would any other day. I had shown these
in the unboxing videos, The Intimate Rose Kegel Weights come in a set of six and they come in
six different colours. So the lightest colour
is the lightest weight and the darkest is the heaviest. These are all six weights
over here that I have and you can see six different colours
for six different weights. And I think,
that is what is really great about these Intimate Rose Weights is and makes them stand out
from the others is that they actually give you
six different weights from the lightest to the heaviest
available. It helps you select the right one
for yourself and also to progress
from the lightest to the heaviest. Since every body is different,
one weight of a Kegel Weight cannot be sufficient or
good enough for everyone. So you can start
from the lowest weight and if you find it too light
for yourself, you can start progressing
to the higher weights. Some people might find even the lightest weight
is quite heavy for them. So you start with the lightest weight
and do it for a few days and as and when,
you feel comfortable, you keep progressing and start using
the heavier and heavy weights. For others who have a medium
to a very stronger vaginal muscles, they can might find that the lightest weight
was very easy for them to use and they can start with
the second or the third weight and then work their way up. Kegel Exercises are
recommended for those who have a weak vaginal muscle and a lot of times people ask, how do I know that
if I have weak muscles. Well! You don’t
really need to do anything if you are not noticing
anything strange. If you do have weak muscles,
you will see symptoms by yourself and these could be urinary leakage,
like bladder leaks. So when you are coughing or
sneezing, a few drops of urine leaks or you do have a limited control
on your bladder. You find it difficult to control
when you need to pee, you really need to go. Another symptom is that people who try to use menstrual cups,
they say that, you know the cup doesn’t stick in place,
it keeps slipping down. That could be another reason that
your vaginal muscles are a bit weak and they are not holding on
to the menstrual cup very well. Even fecal incontinence can be due to
a weakness of your vaginal muscles. Weak muscles could also lead to
a boring intimate life. So if you notice any of these things
in your day to day life, you know that you have
weak vaginal muscles and Kegel exercises
would definitely help. These exercises also help you
prepare for labour. Since your muscles become stronger, it becomes easier for you to
go through labour during child birth. Also after having
a natural childbirth or a vaginal delivery, your muscles tend to become weaker and these exercises will definitely
help to regain that strength. A lot of women also do face
prolapse of their organs, usually the uterus comes lower down down and again these exercises
can be very helpful in reversing the prolapse. Using the Kegel Weights
is not a difficult task at all. For a beginner,
it might sound like a tough task because not everybody
is used to inserting an external object into their vaginas. But I have been a menstrual cup user
for a very long time, so I personally didn’t find it
difficult at all. And considering that
these are a lot smaller also, and thinner than menstrual cups, these are comparatively a lot easier to insert as compared to cups. Very much similar to tampons
because you just have to insert this, you don’t need to fold or anything,
nothing complicated at all. And also I noticed that you know, you don’t actually
have to make an effort, they kind off do their own job. So to use these, all you need to do is sit in a comfortable position,
maybe squat on the floor or stand with one leg
on the toilet seat or any raised platform and with one hand
you just separate your labia to find out the opening to the vagina and with the other hand,
you insert these. When you push them in, you will actually feel that
they actually just get sucked in and they sit in their
own comfortable place. This string which is lower, this is supposed to stay outside and the rest of the weight is inside and once inserted, you have to sort of hold them
with your vaginal muscles and sort of contract them. So what happens,
and what I did also was that I ended up doing that
with my abdominal muscles which is very common for a beginner. But that’s not the right way
to do it. You have to hold them
with your vaginal muscles and like I mentioned
that to make sure that you are doing it correctly, you have to feel the muscles that
you do while controlling your pee. So those are the muscles
that you have to use while holding the weight. So you start with
the lightest weight. In this case,
which is this white one, you start with this one and
if you think it’s too comfortable then you go to the next and the next and figure out
which is your starting weight and the weight that you feel
is a little difficult to hold and you have to actually make
an effort, that’s the weight you need to start with. In the beginning, you might feel
a little soar down there but that’s totally normal. However don’t overdo it. If you think that
you are feeling soar, just remove the weight
and take a break. And slowly workup the time that
you use the weights for as well. So the duration also
you can slowly increase it and in case you do have

help you out with that as well. Once you are done, you just have to use this string
and just pull this out. It comes out very easily as well. So no rocket science, very easy. Just push it in and taking it out… it’s an easy job. Once you are wearing these
and you are comfortable, you can definitely walk around
in your house, do your daily chores,
it’s not a problem at all. I mentioned
in my previous video as well, I absolutely love the quality of this and this silicon is very smooth and
it’s a medical grade silicon. So totally safe to use, very smooth,
it is non-porous. So nothing gets inside.
It has absolutely no edges at all. Very smooth and soft to feel and very easy to clean
since it has no edges and nothing gets absorbed.
So totally safe and hygienic to use. One last thing I would like to
share is that you know every woman is different and women have different cervical length as well which is this length. Length between your cervix and
vaginal opening, right. This is where we insert
the Kegel Weight. So once you insert,
it sits here, right here. And I have mentioned
in a number of my videos that I have a low to medium cervix,
my cervix is not very high. It does come a lot lower
during periods and if it’s very low, I might not be able to
use this Kegel Weight. But fortunately you don’t need to
use this during periods because during periods
with your blood flow, the weight becomes very slippery and it’s actually very difficult
to hold and you are not recommended
to use these during periods. Otherwise if you have a regular,
medium-high cervix, it’s totally fine and
based on the size of this, it will fit most women, unless you have
an extremely low cervix, then you might find it
difficult to use. If you have a prolapse uterus and
it’s that why you have a low cervix, then you can definitely use
this Kegel Weight. In fact it’s going to help
with the prolapse. However you might find it difficult
to use it in the regular position that is like if you squat, insert this and stand, you might
actually find it very uncomfortable. So in case of a prolapse, you can lie down on your back and then insert the Kegel Weight
and use it for some time, till the time you feel
a bit better and stronger and then you can try using them
in the usual position of standing. In case of prolapse,
there is one more position that you can try is, position yourself
on your palms and your knees and then use the weights. Since both these positions are
non-gravity defying positions, they actually help you use
the Kegel Weights even during prolapse. As your muscles get stronger,
they will support the organs better and you will be able to use them
even while standing.

  • Will this make you tight like a virgin if your already tight small pettite short stature and your vagina tunnel, etc & you don't dialated or get wet enough it stimulated or turned on in brain by your guy. Can you buy kit not cost allot ? I'm poor & don't Ike to spend more then $10 atm. Lol Have a lost much money plus need to save for other stuff. Lol I'm ok,why do I need this though ? Would it be easy for tiny gal like me to do it so better sex ? I guess ask my doctor. I might not be a time no more soon only did 3 times then no more & be selebate alone again for ages till find right guy etc. I only had misscariage 5 month induced tiny baby body corpse. I never had real birth so never got big & c section b4 that. I guess soft and good brand price quality is best.
