– Depending on whether
you are breastfeeding or bottle feeding determines how long until your period returns
after you’ve had your baby. It’s very normal for
someone who is breastfeeding to not have their period return for two, six or even 12 months but before that you ovulate two weeks before your period begins, so you cannot really on breastfeeding as your only form of birth control after you’ve had your baby.
